The award winning five star Ashford Castle in Cong, Co Mayo will be holding one of their exceptional wine dinners on Friday 22nd February, 2019.   

Château de Fieuzal is a  Grand Crus Classé from Graves in the Pessac-Léognan appellation of Bordeaux.  Experience an evening of fine dining and wine with the chief winemaker Stephen Carrier. 

The dinner will take place in the elegant Connaght Room in Ashford Castle. Stay overnight in a Corrib Room and enjoy a full Irish breakfast the next day.

The package which includes the dinner, overnight accommodation and breakfast the next day will cost €675 per room.   For those who would just like to attend the dinner the price is €150 per person.
