Don’t miss the celebration of traditional Spanish Paella, served with classic Polish wine in the National Yacht Club located on the historic east pier of Dun Laoghaire harbour on Sunday 6^th September, 2026.

Maja and Maggie from Polish Wine Fest are changing the Irish wine scene, and are the forerunners of polish wine imported into Ireland. With bottles gracing wine shops, bars and restaurants across the country whilst curating annual wine and food festivals, this is a great opportunity to try wines spearheading the cool climate wine category.

Sebastian Skillings a fishmonger, cook and author based in Dublin@the.hungry.fishmonger will be joined by Spanish chef Elena who will create an authentic Spanish paella, made using Spanish delicacies & products.

Early bird tickets are now available until August 24^th  After that date the ticket price will be €15.00 (ex fees).  Early Bird Tickets (excluding fees) are now on sale price €12.00 and ticket price includes a welcome glass of Polish wine + a plate of paella tapas.  After that, there will be lots of Polish wine and more incredible Spanish food, available to purchase, so make sure you are hungry!
