A celebration of the Irish Sea & Polish wine in 4 dishes and 4
glasses of polish wine, this time they are setting the scene and dining on the
historic east pier of Dun Laoghaire harbour at the National Yacht Club. Fish,
shellfish & seaweed from the Irish sea and all washed down with some of
Polands finest juice.
Maja and Maggie from Polish Wine Fest are changing the Irish wine scene, and are the forerunners of polish wine imported into Ireland. With bottles gracing wine shops, bars and restaurants across the country whilst curating annual wine and food festivals, this is a great opportunity to try wines spearheading the cool climate wine category.

Ireland's only chef crafted, bespoke Oyster experience company will be cooking
up a storm with the menu being released two weeks before the event. Those attending can look forward to Sarah’s
famous oyster ice cream and a creative approach to the menu, showcasing the
best of Irish seafood.
