The third edition of Sustainability in Drinks will take place on Tuesday 20th October 2026 at Christ Church Spitalfields, Commercial Street, London E1 6LY, United Kingdom. Time: 10:30 – 20:30
The 2026 event will focus on advice, education and information sharing and will include producers of sustainable products and services. SID is THE annual event on the sustainability calendar incorporating exhibitors, workshops, talks, keynote address, and high-profile panel debates. It has become a renowned international showcase, information hub and resource for products, advice, and support for all areas of the drinks trade.
The 2026 conference, will feature speakers from the drinks trade, academia, NGOs, sustainability organisations and business will be discussing some of the biggest questions facing the wine industry. The impressive high level panel discussion and keynote address, will be introduced by:-
Anne Bousquet of Domaine Bousquet, Juliane Caillouette-Noble of the Sustainable Restaurant Association and Siobhan Toohill of Sustainable Winegrowing Australia. Luli Halstead of Drinks United will reveal findings from their drinks industry culture survey and explore what they tell us about the industry as a place to work. The event will also look ahead to changes to B Corp's JEDI standards in 2027 and what that could mean for drinks businesses.
Jancis Robinson MW OBE will introduce a new initiative from the Regenerative Viticulture Foundation, bringing together a coalition of international wine buyers around an ambition for 10% of the world's vineyards to be farmed regeneratively by 2035.
