Le Caveau is a family-owned and run independent wine importing business established in Kilkenny, Ireland in 1999 by Pascal Rossignol. Pascal was  born  in Gevrey-Chambertin, Burgundy, and worked for three years with late Burgundy wine producer and first cousin Joseph Roty (1985-1987) before embarking on a career in the Restaurant and Hotel industry (1988 – 1999). He opened Le Caveau wine shop in Kilkenny in August 1999.

The Le Caveau wine portfolio is the result of 23 years spent visiting family vineyards, meeting with artisan winegrowers around Europe and the World.  The vast majority of their wines come from organic and biodynamic vineyards, made with minimal intervention in the winery.

They supply wine to some of the best Restaurants, Wine Bars, Wine Shops, Bars and Boutique Hotels around Ireland.

Le Caveau also operate an independent wine shop in Kilkenny.
