Bibendum Ireland is made up of the former Gilbeys of Ireland and Bibendum after C&C’s acquisition of the Matthew Clark and Bibendum businesses in 2018. The new company portfolio combines the established brands distributed by Gilbeys of Ireland with Bibendum's range of premium artisanal wines.    Since the merger and following a series of successful wine tastings held in various locations in Ireland, the company have opened up many new accounts and have seen an increase in wine sales.
