Palatasty are a German distribution company located in Bad Dürkheim, in the heart of Germany’s most famous wine regions. They specialise in exporting quality German wines and their portfolio includes wines from a number of small and medium sized family-owned wineries. It also includes members of the Association of German Predicate Wine Estates (VDP), as well as a number of high quality wines from some of Germany’s top estates and most talented winemakers.

On Wednesday 8^th March, 2023 the Palatasty team which includes Michael Hahn and Stefan Kunz will be travelling to Dublin to present their wines at a portfolio tasting featuring a number of their top producers. 

Those attending the tasting will have the opportunity to taste 42 German wines which include some fine examples of wines made from Riesling, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Blanc.  There will also be a selection of Rosé wines as well as a few surprises!

The tasting will take place in the Yeats & Tivoli Rooms at the Camden Court Hotel, Camden Street, Dublin 2 and will feature the following producers:

Pfalz – Mesel; Darting; Meßmer, VDP; Krebs; Jesuitenhof; Merk; Kimich; Mehling; Schreieck and Pfaffmann

Rheingau - August Kesseler, VDP and Barth, VDP

Rheinhessen - Thörle

Nahe  - Prinz Salm-Salm, VDP

All of the producers are seeking representation on the Irish market.
